30 Days of Cooking Light–Day 19: French Toast PB&J

It was a crazy night, so I only got the photo of the “Leighton version” which is chopped up and unrecognizable!  Still, the French Toast PB&J was a huge hit at our house! Simple to make and a treat for the kids. A treat for me too, actually 🙂

We substituted grape all fruit spread for the strawberry…why mess with a classic? And, I used really good Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.

Verdict? Morgan said it was like dessert. I thought so too! Oh holy mother of melted peanut butter goodness…yum!
