Down another pound!

Total loss: 2 (8 lbs left!)

 

Good luck in week 3 everyone–7 more weeks till goal!

 

We have our first beach vacation of the summer in a few more weeks and I am still not sure if it will be a one piece or a two piece kind of trip. I have been working hard with the trainer this week and doing long walks with the kiddos in the stroller on my off days. The diet could still be better, but life is too short not to have an occasional cup of sangria (enjoyed with friends at a party last night) and a cake ball 🙂  I had never tasted one of these gems before. Perfection.

With weight loss, slow and steady wins the race. It is important to make gradual changes that you can stick to rather than going on a strict short term diet that ends in deprivation and over eating to compensate!

    Jen, I love the weight loss tips. Like you I have about 10 pounds to lose. I’m doing the challenge too and have lost a few pounds.
