Lose the Baby Weight: WEEK 1. Weighing In

I always weigh on Sunday.

I am happy to say that I am down 1 lb!

Those of you who would like to participate in the 10 week challenge–jump on the scale and / or take your measurements: waist, hips, thighs to get a baseline.

I think writing it down and being accountable is the first step to making positive changes.

    Good for you! Next week I will finish up a 12 week biggest loser challenge at work. I lost 23 but will probably need to do another 10 weeks to lost the last 15 or so pounds I want to lose!
