organic mixed greens, shredded carrots, green peas, fresh corn cut from the cob, dried cranberries, green onion, avocado, feta, tomato, lean turkey, and yummy homemade lemon vinaigrette…and bacos 🙂  carbs, protein, healthy fats and electrolytes…all in one bowl.
